Exchange Fulfillment
With business-critical computing and consumer products, end-customers and enterprises often cannot afford to go even one day without certain devices such as mobile phones, laptops and communications systems.
With FGS managed Exchange Programmes you can rest assured that we will promptly get a replacement unit directly to your end-users doorstep wherever they may be. From our global network of hubs, we can ship products for next day delivery, virtually eliminating end-customer downtime.
FGS Exchange Programmes can often provide a lower cost solution than carry-in exchange or on-site repair solutions. By providing a consistently high quality and speed of service we will increase your end-customer satisfaction ratings. Furthermore, we can hold and own all inventory for you, helping simplify the materials pipeline and reducing your inventory and logistics costs.
We offer several levels of service in our Exchange Programmes. Our basic exchange service ships a replacement unit once we have received a defective product. In contrast, our Advance Exchange feature immediately ships out a replacement unit to the end-user upon customer contact, with instructions and pre-labelled packaging for end-customers to send back the defective unit to one of our hubs. With our Advance Exchange programmes your end-customer receives a replacement unit from us before returning the defective unit, minimizing their downtime and ultimately protecting your brand identity and loyalty in the marketplace.
