FGS provides the operational excellence and the supply chain IT systems capabilities to receive, process and track customer orders, distribute parts to agreed service levels to country hubs, forward stock locations, central or country repair lines, Authorised Service Partners (ASPs), engineers or direct to end user customers, for both commercial and consumer business. FGS provides all operational aspects of order tracking, proof of delivery (POD) and query handling including a customer support desk, plus all financial aspects of billing, crediting and financial reconciliation with repair lines and the ASP network.
