FGS receive orders directly into the FGS system (EDI or web based). Orders can be from the Customer’s service team, call centre, partner (e.g. retailer / ASP / repairer), customer or field engineer. Once dispatched, orders are tracked to end destination. FGS provides global, regional, country & FSL (Forward Stocking Location) logistics solutions. Warehousing, kitting, order consolidation and freight optimisation processes are all managed by industry leading WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) & TMS (Transport Management Systems).
