Service Parts Logistics Control Towers

FGS’ Service Parts Logistics solution is based on a Control Tower Model. FGS currently operates three Control Tower Centres of Excellence on three continents; Europe; Asia and Americas. FGS’ Service Parts Logistics regional Control Towers manage the service network including other FGS sites as well as Flextronics  ASPs (Authorized Service Providers) and logistics partners in each region. The Control Tower has responsibility and accountability for the network performance and draws from corporate services when needed as well as the regional network of FGS sites to meet and exceed performance SLAs.
